Born in 1963 in Faenza, Andrea attended the Technical Industrial Institute in Forlì. After the high school, he enrolled in and completed a degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Automation at the University of Bologna.
From 1990 to 1995, he worked at Cisa Serrature in Faenza as the Head of Engineering and After-Sales for the Electronic Locking Systems for Hotels division.
Since 1995, he has worked at Technogym SpA as the Head of After-Sales for Italy, later becoming responsible for International Service and leading the Business Unit for second hand equipment at an international level.
In 2004, he became the General Manager of Bucci Composites SpA (a company belonging to the Bucci Industries industrial group), with production facilities in Faenza.
He has overseen the transition from a small artisanal company (30 people) to its current size of 400 employees, ensuring organizational growth and the achievement of certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 9100, IATF 16949, TISAX, and ISO 14000.
The company operates in the automotive, aerospace and building & construction sectors.
Over time, Bucci Composites has adopted various production technologies to offer clients the best solution based on the geometric complexity of the components to be produced and/or production volumes.
